By accessing or using the Asure Retirement platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

Asure Retirement provides financial education tools including retirement calculators, compliance tracking dashboards, AI-powered financial coaching, and educational resources. The Service is designed for informational and educational purposes only.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Scrape, data mine, or reverse engineer any part of the Service
• Use the Service to provide financial advice to third parties without proper licensing

5. Financial Disclaimer

The Service does not provide personalized financial, tax, or investment advice. All calculators, projections, AI coaching responses, and educational content are for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional financial advice.

Calculations are based on assumptions and historical data that may not reflect actual future performance. Tax laws and contribution limits are subject to change. Always consult a qualified financial advisor, tax professional, or legal counsel before making financial decisions.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and data compilations — are the property of Asure Software, Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party providers including Google Gemini AI, federal data sources (FRED, BLS), and email delivery services. These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the accuracy or availability of third-party data.

8. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through Account Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to the Service or other users.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Asure Software, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding twelve months.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Travis County, Texas.
